#XboxOne #PS4ProXbox One S news and updates: Xbox console to have VR support? 4K Blu-ray support added ahead PS4 Pro release? : The much awaited Xbox Project Scorpion will be released very soon as the console received a beef up by Microsoft just in time when PlayStation 4 Pro is about to be released by Sony.

The Xbox One S is expected to do well due to its top-of-the-line features and its update will see Blu-ray disc support. Xbox One, the enhanced version of Microsoft’s home console, was announced by Microsoft earlier this year and the company promised to bring the gaming experience of gamers to the next level.

Currently, the gaming industry competition has continued to heat up with the release of other consoles such as the PS4 Pro which has resulted to these advancements as revealed by Xbox head of engineering Mike Ybarra in a social media post.

According to Forbes, the inclusion of Blu-ray support will really get Xbox One S almost to the same level of what PlayStation 4 Pro promises. During the Windows 10 event on Oct. 26, Microsoft execs revealed that Xbox One S will get an update that will bring Dolby Atmos experience to the console.

Therefore, the new Xbox One S is being presented as a console that can still compete with the upcoming Sony console by upping its game in the audio-visual department.

The update timing may be attributed to the standing console rivalry, though, same month last year, Xbox team released a big treat for its gamers dubbed the Xbox One Experience.
