The Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is also reported to run using the sixth-generation chipsets of Intel Kaby Lake. However, there are some rumors that it will instead be powered by Intel Sky Lake processors.

Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is also said to have a whopping 16GB of RAM and have two display options: one will have 4k resolution and the other one 2k. The traditional USB 3.0 ports would be replaced with USB-C ports for faster, more efficient charging and file transfer.

According to TechRadar, the pricing history of Microsoft Surface Pro tablets rarely fluctuate each year, and following this pricing trend, the estimated price tag of Microsoft Surface Pro 5 will most probably retail for $899 (£749, AU$1,349) and increase from there depending on the specs’ configurations and other bundled accessories.
