Microsoft Is Deleting Bad News About ‘PlayStation 4 Pro’ : Sony is having some success with the newly released PlayStation 4 Pro. But despite that, not everything has been going according to plan. The console, while powerful, is not showing that it’s capable of playing most games at native 4K resolution, and some users even have problems playing games on their 4K television sets.
Problems for the PlayStation 4 Pro
Though most of these issues will go away with time, seeing as the PlayStation 4 is indeed a new system and one that is not yet a month old. However, as for the 4K TV issue, Sony hasn’t come out to make any clarifications or to tell its fans when they should be expecting an update to completely solve the problem. Reddit Users have come up with a workaround, but it isn’t enough.
Sony is covering itself
There’s yet another problem, one that affects a particular Sony Bravia TV. Now, instead of reassuring consumers, recent reports says Sony is suppressing and deleting conversations on its forums about the 4K TV issue. The main complaint on the forum focuses on Sony’s Bravia x930D 4K TV and how it isn’t compatible with the PlayStation 4.
Sony engineers are working on it
But nevertheless, engineers at Sony are reportedly working on a solution, but there hasn’t been any word on when fans should look forward to downloading it in order to get rid of this issue. As per Sony, “Our engineering team is currently investigating and working on a resolution for this problem. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
While waiting for an update
The best thing you can do is to connect your PlayStation 4 Pro to a different TV, or even a computer monitor. If those options are not available, then there’s little to no choice but to keep dealing with the input lag until an official fix is released. With so many issues the PlayStation 4 Pro is facing, we can only hope that Microsoft‘s Project Scorpio will be much different. Source: Itechpost
